Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Quality Engineer. This position is located near Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The Quality Engineer will provide quality engineering support to optimize workflows and troubleshoot problems.

The salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $70K to $90K, plus other great benefits! All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support to optimize workflows and troubleshoot problems
  
  
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to meet company goals and customer requirements
  
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures supporting AS9100 and Nadcap compliance
  
  
• Participate in process improvement activities within a team-based environment
  
  
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers on quality issues
  
  
• Support root cause analysis and the development of corrective actions administering training as necessary
