Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Production Supervisor. This position is located near Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The Production Supervisor will provide direct and overall leadership to department personnel as well as adhere to NDT Level I and Level II duties and responsibilities.

The salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $80K to $90K, plus a potential performance bonus, and other great benefits! All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:

• Support and participate in internal/external audit activities to ensure departmental compliance to customer and industry requirements
  
  
• Assist NDT and QA Management in root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  
  
• Take part in and support company-wide training and continuous improvement opportunities toward quality assurance initiatives, company objectives and peripheral projects
  
  
• Manage the day-to-day production schedule and maintain flexibility to accommodate expedite requests. This involves prioritizing workflow and communicating effectively with all applicable personnel to meet internal and customer demands
