Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and vet global suppliers for active, passive, and electromechanical components.
  
  
• Negotiation: Execute purchase orders (POs) with a focus on cost reduction, favorable payment terms, and expedited delivery schedules.
  
  
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all components meet aerospace-grade specifications. Verify certifications (CoC, FAA Form 8130-3) and manage documentation for traceability.
  
  
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and market trends to anticipate shortages. Manage "Just-in-Time" (JIT) deliveries to meet production and client deadlines.
