responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems and equipment, managing the process from conception through to commercial deployment.
  
  
• Conduct research, design, and evaluation of electrical/electronic equipment, processes, and systems, ensuring all work aligns with established engineering principles.
  
  
• Program and troubleshoot electronic controls and specify or modify components and designs to ensure strict conformance with performance specifications and engineering standards.
  
  
• Ensure product integrity by specifying and directly modifying components to meet rigorous engineering design and performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
  
  
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering application in the packaging industry preferred.
  
  
• Must be skilled with Rockwell automation
  
  
• Must possess both hardware and software experience
