responsibilities:

Develop and engineer cutting-edge mechanical, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems for advanced packaging equipment.
Develop and manage comprehensive engineering documentation, including detailed drawings and Bills of Material (BOMs), to facilitate production.
Work collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to execute prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs.
Advance innovation within the organization by conducting research, executing experiments, and performing in-depth root cause analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
10+ years of engineering design in packaging machinery manufacturing preferred.
Must be proficient with using Inventor, SolidWorks, and/or Creo for mechanical dimensioning of parts and assemblies
