Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes using G-code or CAM software
  
  
• Set up and operate manual lathes, milling machines, and drill presses for repair or prototype work
  
  
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and job specifications
  
  
• Perform manual layouts and calculations for unique workpieces
  
  
• Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds, and speeds based on material type
  
  
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety protocols
