Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain 480V 3-phase systems, PLCs, and VFDs to ensure seamless machine logic and power distribution.
• Perform preventative servicing on motors, conveyor setups, and production machinery using blueprints, OEM manuals, and engineering specs.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures by observing equipment in motion and using precision testing instruments.
• Lead rapid-response repairs for unscheduled downtime and manage scheduled maintenance during planned windows.
• Use precision tools (levels, plumb bobs, etc.) to adjust control instruments and functional components for peak performance.
• Work alongside the Engineering team on new equipment integration and facility-wide process improvements.
• Conduct all maintenance and repair activities in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure a sanitary and compliant production environment.
