Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 8?10 warehouse associates. Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and real-time coaching.
  
  
• Operational Flow: Oversee the receiving of raw ingredients and the staging of finished goods for morning departures.
  
  
• Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all SQF, HACCP, and OSHA standards. Maintain a "tour-ready" clean environment at all times.
  
  
• Inventory Integrity: Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  
  
• Cold Chain Management: Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas to ensure product quality and safety are never compromised.
