We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Test Technician to support the testing, validation, and quality assurance of electronic and electromechanical products. This role is responsible for executing test procedures, troubleshooting failures, documenting results, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure products meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform functional, electrical, and environmental testing on electronic and electromechanical assemblies and finished products

  • Follow test procedures, work instructions, and engineering documentation to verify product performance and compliance

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose failures at the component, subassembly, and system level

  • Document test results, generate reports, and maintain accurate quality and production records

  • Support engineering in test development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Assist with calibration, setup, and maintenance of test equipment and fixtures

  • Identify process or product issues and recommend corrective actions

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards



salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
