This role is responsible for executing test procedures, troubleshooting failures, documenting results, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure products meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, electrical, and environmental testing on electronic and electromechanical assemblies and finished products
  
  
• Follow test procedures, work instructions, and engineering documentation to verify product performance and compliance
  
  
• Troubleshoot and diagnose failures at the component, subassembly, and system level
  
  
• Document test results, generate reports, and maintain accurate quality and production records
  
  
• Support engineering in test development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  
• Assist with calibration, setup, and maintenance of test equipment and fixtures
  
  
• Identify process or product issues and recommend corrective actions
  
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
