We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to manage the procurement of materials, components, and services required to support production and operational goals. This role is responsible for sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality materials in alignment with company standards and project timelines. Key Responsibilities
  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliable delivery

  • Issue and track purchase orders, confirming pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to optimize cost savings and supplier performance

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure materials meet technical and compliance requirements

  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier documentation, and procurement reports

  • Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or invoicing discrepancies

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and procurement process



salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
