Responsibilities

Mechanical Assembly: Build and assemble industrial machinery from start to finish using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret and follow complex mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
Component Alignment: Precision-fit parts such as motors, gears, bearings, and hydraulic components, ensuring proper alignment and clearance.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues during the assembly process; perform basic adjustments and "fine-tuning" of machine movements.
Quality Control: Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet operational standards and safety requirements before moving to the testing phase.
Maintenance: Keep tools and workstations clean and in good working order to maintain a safe and efficient shop environment.
