Qualified candidates should be a multi-craft technician with knowledge in electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks and able to troubleshoot industrial equipment. Previous industrial maintenance experience, particularly within the Food Industry, is a plus. Responsibilities

• Ability to install, repair, and otherwise maintain equipment relative to the total manufacturing process
• Work includes mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding operations associated with installation and repair of equipment such as but not limited to vertical baggers, pumps, and conveyers
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Rebuild machine and overhaul components and attachments which involves dismantling, inspection, repair or replacement of parts
• Preventative maintenance checks on various equipment to ensure safe operating condition
• Skilled in reading micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, and other types of calipers
• Skilled at operations such as fitting / alignment of bearings, spindles and shafts, aligning and calibration of measuring devices and moving parts, adjusting and feeding mechanisms
• Ability to read and comprehend standard operating instructions or industrial blueprints in performance of job duties
