We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our assembly/production team. In this role, you will build mission-critical electronic assemblies where precision and reliability are paramount. Core Responsibilities

• Precision Soldering: Perform professional-grade hand soldering components onto PCBs
  
  
• Blueprints & Schematics: Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and Work Instructions to ensure 100% build accuracy.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of electrical assembly within the aerospace or defense industry.
  
  
• Certifications (Current or Prior):
  
  
  • J-STD-001 (with Space Addendum)
    
    
  • IPC-A-610

Responsibilities

As an electrical assembler, you are responsible for building high-reliability electronics that must withstand extreme environments. Accuracy and adherence to strict regulatory standards are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Reliability Soldering: Perform expert hand soldering of SMT and through-hole components onto PCBs under magnification.
  
  
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and follow intricate schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering work instructions (travelers).
  
  
• Testing & Inspection: Conduct continuity and insulation resistance testing using multimeters to ensure flight readiness.
  
  

Highly Preffered Certifications

• J-STD-001 (Space Addendum): The primary standard for soldered electrical assemblies.
  
  
• IPC-A-610: Standards for the acceptability of electronic assemblies.
