We are now in a tremendous growth period, and are looking to grow our team and expand our business with a Sales Representative.

salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School



Responsibilities

1. Sales Quoting: Process incoming sales quotes promptly and accurately using our internal systems and tools.

2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers. Please note: We will provide training as part of this role.

4. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and support throughout the sales process.

5. Order Processing: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

6. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth.

7. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the sales process.
