Responsibilities

• Combine mechanical components with electrical systems to build complete units, such as control panels, industrial chassis, or automated modules.
  
  
• Route, tie, and terminate wires and cables according to electrical schematics and point-to-point wiring diagrams.
  
  
• Securely mount electrical components?including PCBs, transformers, sensors, switches, and relays?into mechanical housings.
  
  
• Work fluently from both mechanical blueprints and electrical circuit diagrams to ensure perfect alignment and connectivity.
  
  
• Use multi-meters or basic testing equipment to perform continuity checks and ensure the assembly is functional before it leaves your station.
  
  
• Utilize a variety of hand tools, soldering irons, wire strippers, and crimpers to complete high-quality connections.
