Responsibilities

• Staff Leadership & Training: Supervise warehouse team (selectors, loaders, forklift operators), handle scheduling, training, performance, and foster a strong safety culture, including conducting safety meetings.
• Inventory Management: Oversee daily cycle counts, physical inventories, receiving (purchase orders), issuing stock, and maintaining high inventory accuracy.
• Operations Oversight: Manage daily inbound/outbound freight, order fulfillment, product replenishment, and ensure efficient loading/unloading.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety policies, report incidents, coordinate monthly safety meetings, and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and meet/exceed facility Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Administrative Tasks: Handle documentation, reporting, and coordinate with other departments (like logistics/transportation).
