In this role, you will be responsible for improving building wellness through expert HVAC cleaning, air quality optimization, and environmental remediation. You will work on-site at commercial, industrial, and residential properties to ensure heating and cooling systems are operating at peak efficiency and providing clean air for occupants. Responsibilities

• HVAC & Duct Services: Perform comprehensive cleaning of air ducts, coils, and condensate pans. Replace HVAC insulation and apply air duct sealing as needed.
  
  
• Environmental Remediation: Assist with mold remediation and microbial control cleaning following industry safety standards.
  
  
• Specialized Cleaning: Execute high-level cleaning tasks, including computer room sub-floor cleaning, laundry/toilet exhaust systems, and kitchen exhaust systems.
  
  
• Inspections: Conduct moisture, thermal infrared, and robotic video inspections to diagnose system issues or structural concerns.
  
  
• Life Safety Services: Perform inspections of fire and smoke dampers, fire doors, and assist with firestop installations.
  
  
• Restoration: Support water and fire damage restoration projects, including debris removal and equipment setup.
  
  
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and organize company vehicles and specialized tools (borescopes, power washers, and vacuum systems).
