This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building out the financial infrastructure, driving accountability across multiple divisions, and translating complex data into actionable business intelligence.

Duties

• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Orchestrate the annual budgeting process and develop sophisticated long-range financial frameworks to support aggressive growth.
• Analyze cost structures, margins, and profitability to identify efficiencies; develop and monitor KPIs that align with long-term commercial goals.
• Oversee the consolidation of multi-entity financial statements and ensure the integrity of all reporting.
• Build complex models for new business initiatives, CAPEX projects, and cost-savings programs to guide executive decision-making.
• Manage cash flow modeling, working capital analysis, and liquidity monitoring to ensure healthy capital positioning.
• Lead the evolution of the company?s financial data architecture, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and integrity across the global organization.
• Provide critical modeling and valuation analysis for potential investments and acquisitions, including post-close financial integration.
• Direct a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and precision while influencing stakeholders across various business units.
